Thank you for shopping with Pure Weave. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation or, for Cash on Delivery, after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery Timelines (India)
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro cities: [2–4] business days
- Rest of India: [4–7] business days
- Remote / non-serviceable pin codes: may take longer, or may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[1,999].
- Orders below this value carry a flat shipping fee of ₹[79], shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): available on eligible pin codes; a COD handling fee of ₹[amount, or "nil"] may apply and is shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. For help, contact us at worknation.automation@gmail.com
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept (including COD refusals), any re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Delays
While we work hard to dispatch and deliver on time, Pure Weave is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, high-demand periods, strikes, natural events, or other factors outside our control.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at worknation.automation@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/an unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Refund/Return Policy.
International Shipping (if/when enabled)
We currently ship within India. International shipping (including to Europe) will be offered on select routes. For international orders, delivery timelines are longer and any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
